Korner Market is a food and convenience store operating multiple locations in the Brownsville, TX and San Benito, TX area. Our online ordering platform allows customers to browse our menu and place orders for pickup or delivery.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website. By submitting an order, you represent that the information you provide — including your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address — is accurate and complete.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed on our menu are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. A $3.99 convenience fee is added to all online orders to cover payment processing and platform costs. This fee is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders placed with incorrect pricing due to a technical error on our website.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Korner Market does not store your credit or debit card information on our servers. By submitting your payment details, you authorize Stripe to charge the total amount for your order. Charges will appear on your statement as "Korner Market".

5. Order Fulfillment

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is sent to our kitchen immediately. We make every effort to fulfill orders accurately and within a reasonable preparation time. We cannot guarantee the availability of every menu item at all times. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative or a refund.
